NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 6:00 pm at the Hidalgo Hall located at 410 South Cesar Chavez Street, Brawley CA 92227. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request made by T-Mobile to appeal the denial by the Air Pollution Control District Officer regarding the installation and operation of an emergency Generac D04EG-TAA diesel generator, which will be located at 215 E. Street, Brawley, CA 92227.
Documentation of this request is on file at the Air District office, located at 150 South 9th St. El Centro, CA 92243.
