NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 12:00 pm at the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District office located at 150 South 9th Street, El Centro, CA 92243 has been postponed until Wednesday, May, 21, 2025, at the same time and same location. The purpose of this hearing is to consider an appeal (05-24APL) by Western Mesquite Mines, Inc. located at 6502 E. Hwy. 78, Brawley CA 92227. The appeal is for denial by the Air Pollution Control Officer regarding the interpretation of Rule 206 and Rule 211 for an application for modification of Permit to Operate No. 1920C-7.
Documentation of this request is on file at the Air District office, located at 150 South 9th St., El Centro, CA 92243.
