Pursuant to Rule 900, of Imperial County Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) Rules and Regulations, the Air Pollution Control Officer (APCO) has made a preliminary decision to issue a Renewal Title V Operating Permit to Imperial Landfill, Inc., located at 104 E. Robinson Road, Imperial, CA. Applicant operates a facility engaged in municipal waste disposal and operates an associated landfill gas collection and control system with an enclosed flare. This existing facility is required to obtain a Title V Operating Permit pursuant to Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 63, Subpart AAAA – National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Municipal Solid Waste Landfills. The Renewal Title V Operating Permit, V-2625, will include conditions to ensure that all federal requirements will be satisfied. In addition, Pursuant to Rule 206, the ICAPCD has also made a preliminary decision to issue Authority to Construct Permit No. 2625B-5.          

 

The Public has an opportunity to submit comments regarding this proposed decision and request that the ICAPCD hold a Public Hearing. Written comments will be received by the ICAPCD for a period of thirty (30) days after publication of

Pursuant to Rule 206 of Imperial County Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) Rules and Regulations, the Air Pollution Control Officer (APCO) has made a preliminary decision to grant an Authority to Construct permit to Burrtec Waste Industries, for a green waste composting operation. The project described herein will be conducted at Burrtec’s existing facility located at Highway 86, Salton City CA. Authority to Construct Permit No. 4661 will include conditions to ensure

that all ICAPCD requirements will be satisfied.

 

The Public has an opportunity to submit comments on the above proposed project.
